Products & Services
Global Mining Solutions sources and supplies what mining operations need to keep running, from the materials replaced week after week through to heavy equipment, machinery, and specialist components. Alongside the goods themselves we handle the work that sits behind them, including supplier verification, payment, inspection, and shipping. What follows sets out both.
Some of what a mine consumes is replaced continuously, and some is tied to a particular machine. We supply both, alongside wider equipment sourced on request and the work that sits behind each order.
Drilling & Blasting
Drilling and blasting sets the pace for everything downstream. When a bit dulls early or a rod fails mid-shift, the delay carries through the entire production chain, which is why the consumables at this stage need to be matched properly to the rock being worked and the rig doing the work rather than simply ordered on price.
We supply the essential drilling and blasting materials that support efficient rock fragmentation, covering both the drilling string itself and the components that carry a blast through safely and predictably.
Commonly Supplied
Drill bits, both jumbo and rotary Drill rods, shanks, and couplings ANFO hoses Blast hole liners Blasting wireWear Parts & Ground Engaging Tools
Ground engaging tools sit at the point where the machine meets the rock, absorbing the abrasion and impact that would otherwise be transferred into the bucket, boom, or crusher body behind them. They are designed to wear so that far more expensive assemblies do not, which makes replacing them on schedule, with parts built to the right hardness and profile, one of the more consequential maintenance decisions on any site.
Our wear range consists of high-durability components designed to withstand harsh mining conditions, covering both earthmoving attachments and the liner systems inside crushing and milling equipment.
Commonly Supplied
Bucket teeth Cutting edges Side cutters Ripper shanks Crusher and mill liner plates, including jaw dies and cone linersConveyor Components
Conveyor systems run continuously and rarely fail all at once. More often it is a seized idler, a worn wiper letting carryback build up, or a damaged belt section that gradually pulls throughput down before anyone calls it a breakdown. Keeping the right replacement components on hand is what separates a short planned stop from an unplanned one.
Our conveyor range covers reliable system parts for smooth material handling, taking in the belt itself along with the rollers, cleaning components, and fixings that keep it tracking correctly.
Commonly Supplied
Conveyor belting Idlers Belt wipers Pulleys FastenersHydraulics & Fluids
Hydraulic systems do the heavy work on almost every machine on a mine site, and they are unforgiving about quality. A hose rated slightly below the pressure it sees, or a lubricant that thins out faster than expected in high ambient heat, tends to show up later as contamination, seal failure, or a component replacement that costs many times what the original part did.
The hydraulics we supply are premium-quality fluids and components selected for machinery performance under sustained load, spanning the pressure-carrying parts and the lubricants and oils that keep them working.
Commonly Supplied
Hydraulic hoses High-pressure fittings Chisel paste Lubricants and grease Engine oilElectrical & Maintenance
These are the routine items that rarely appear on a capital plan and stop an operation just as effectively when they run out. Filters, batteries, fuses, and lighting move through a site in steady volume, and because each individual item is inexpensive, they are often the first things to be under-ordered and the last to be noticed until a machine is standing idle waiting for one.
This range covers the essential maintenance and electrical components that keep scheduled servicing on track and machines available when they are needed.
Commonly Supplied
Air, oil, and fuel filters Batteries Fuses LED lights Aerosol lubricantsSafety & Site Supplies
Ground support and ventilation are not areas where substitution or delay is worth the saving. Rock bolts and mesh hold excavations stable as they advance, and ventilation ducting carries clean air to where people are working. These materials are consumed continuously as development progresses, and supply needs to keep pace with the rate of advance rather than lag behind it.
We supply the critical safety materials that help maintain secure operations underground and on surface.
Commonly Supplied
Rock bolts Mesh and cable bolts Ventilation ducts, including vent bagsEquipment-Specific Spare Parts
Beyond the materials consumed day to day, we source the spares tied to particular machines and processing lines, where the part has to match the equipment already installed rather than simply meet a general specification.
Crushing & Screening
Crushing and screening equipment runs under continuous mechanical stress, and the components inside it wear against the material being processed rather than alongside it.
Crusher liners Eccentric shafts Bearings Screen media, in wire and rubberUnderground & Surface Equipment
Drivetrain and braking components carry the load on haulage and loading fleets, where availability depends on parts being on site before the failure rather than after it.
Axles Differentials Planetary gears Braking system components TyresProcessing Plant Components
Slurry handling and separation equipment wears from the inside out, and replacement parts have to match both the duty and the material they will be running against.
Pump impellers Slurry pump parts Screen panels Motor components Cyclone partsWhat We Handle on Your Behalf
Sourcing from China involves considerably more than placing an order. Between agreeing a price and receiving goods on site sit supplier verification, sampling, payment, inspection, consolidation, and export paperwork, and each of those is a point where an order can quietly go wrong. Our work is to own that middle section so your team does not have to manage it from another continent.
Supplier Sourcing & Verification
We identify manufacturers capable of producing to your specification, then check that they are what they claim to be, including business licence, ownership, production capability, and export experience. The aim is to rule out the wrong factory before an order exists, rather than discover the problem after payment.
Negotiation & Pricing
Negotiating in Mandarin, in the same time zone, with an understanding of how Chinese suppliers structure their pricing tends to produce a different number than an email from overseas does. We negotiate on your behalf and set out the landed cost clearly, so what you approve is the full picture rather than an ex-works figure that grows later.
Supplier Payments
Paying a Chinese factory from Africa or South America is often harder than agreeing the order itself, between banking limits, currency conversion, and suppliers who will not release goods without local settlement. As part of an order we handle payment to the supplier directly, structured in stages so that the balance follows inspection rather than a promise.
Inspection & Quality Checks
Goods are checked before they leave China, not after they arrive on site. Depending on the order that can mean approving a sample before production begins, checking during the run, or inspecting the finished goods prior to shipment. Finding a problem while the goods are still at the factory is the difference between a correction and a write-off.
Consolidation, Shipping & Documentation
Orders that span several suppliers arrive as several problems unless someone brings them together first. We consolidate goods into a single shipment, arrange freight by sea or air, supervise loading where it matters, and prepare the export documentation, so what reaches your side is one shipment with one set of paperwork.
Factory Visits & Representation
Some decisions are easier made standing in the factory. Our team is based in Shenzhen and can visit a supplier on your behalf, or accompany you through meetings and facility tours if you are travelling to China yourself, so that you are not negotiating alone in an unfamiliar market.
Sourcing Beyond the List
The categories above reflect what mining operations ask us for most often, not the boundary of what we can supply. Our work is sourcing from China, and that applies as readily to a haul truck, a compressor, or a full set of workshop tooling as it does to a box of filters.
If your operation needs equipment, machinery, vehicles, tools, or site supplies that are not listed anywhere on this page, that is still a request worth sending. Much of what we supply is sourced against a specification rather than held as fixed stock, which means the starting point is what you need rather than what happens to be on a shelf.
Heavy Equipment & Machinery
Complete units rather than components, from haul trucks and loaders through to compressors, pumps, and generators.
Workshop & Maintenance Tooling
The equipment behind the equipment, including workshop tooling, welding and fabrication supplies, and testing instruments.
Site & Operational Supplies
General site consumables, protective equipment, containers, and the everyday supplies an operation runs through outside of production.
Didn't Find It Here? Ask Anyway.
Whether it is something listed on this page or a piece of equipment we have not mentioned at all, send through the details and we will tell you what we can source, what it will cost, and how long it will take. There is no obligation in asking, and the answer is often yes.
