1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Global Mining Solutions Limited, a company registered in the People's Republic of China, with its office at Room E258, Building 1 & 2, Haironghaoyuan, Dalang South Road, Hualian Community, Longhua Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen City, China. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these terms mean Global Mining Solutions Limited.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website to learn about what we supply, to request a quotation, and to contact us. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we may change or withdraw content at any time without notice.

3. Product Information and Specifications

Product listings, descriptions, and category information on this website are provided for general guidance. They indicate the types of goods we commonly supply rather than a catalogue of items held in stock, and they do not constitute an offer to sell.

Where illustrations, photographs, or general specifications are shown, they are indicative. Actual goods are supplied against the specification agreed in writing for your particular order. If a specification matters to your application, it must be confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed from this website.

4. Quotations and Orders

A quotation is an invitation for you to place an order and does not by itself create a binding contract. Unless stated otherwise in the quotation, quotations remain valid for the period stated on them and are subject to availability at the time an order is confirmed.

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices are quoted on the basis stated in the quotation. Unless expressly included, prices exclude freight, insurance, duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, and any other costs arising in the destination country, all of which are your responsibility.

5. Lead Times

Lead times given in quotations and order confirmations are good-faith estimates based on supplier information at the time. We will tell you promptly if a lead time changes materially. We are not liable for delays caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, shipping disruption, port congestion, customs procedures, export restrictions, natural events, or acts of government.

6. Payment

Payment terms are those stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, orders are payable in the currency stated, and production or despatch will not begin until any required deposit has been received in cleared funds.

Where we settle payment with a supplier on your behalf as part of an order, we do so as part of fulfilling that order. We do not provide payment, money transfer, escrow, or financial services of any kind to you or to any third party.

7. Delivery, Risk, and Title

Delivery terms, including the applicable Incoterms rule, will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Risk in the goods passes to you in accordance with the agreed delivery term.

Title in the goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full for that order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the goods ordered may lawfully be imported into the destination country and for obtaining any licences or permits required.

8. Inspection and Claims

Where inspection is agreed as part of an order, it is carried out to the scope agreed in writing. You should inspect goods on arrival and notify us of any shortage, damage, or discrepancy as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within any period stated in the order confirmation.

Claims should be accompanied by supporting evidence, including photographs and relevant shipping documentation, so that we can take the matter up with the supplier or carrier.

9. Warranties

Goods are supplied with the benefit of any manufacturer or supplier warranty applicable to them, and we will pass the benefit of such warranties to you so far as we are able. Where a warranty is offered, its terms and duration are those of the manufacturer or supplier concerned.

We do not warrant that goods will be fit for any particular purpose unless that purpose has been stated to us in writing and expressly accepted in the order confirmation. Wear parts and consumable items are, by their nature, subject to wear in service, and normal wear is not a defect.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods or services giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, loss of profit, loss of contracts, downtime, or costs arising from equipment being out of service.

11. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics, and the Global Mining Solutions name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without our written consent.

Manufacturer names, brand names, and part numbers referred to on this website or in correspondence are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify or describe goods. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorisation from those owners unless we state otherwise in writing.
